Amber Anthony

Board Member

Variety Squiggle Shape combination

Amber is a proudly Autistic leader, advocate and parent, with more than 15 years’ experience leading large-scale transformation across leadership, culture and organisational development. She has a strong track record in translating complex change into practical, people-centred outcomes that strengthen connection, capability and performance.

Amber currently serves on the Board of the Joondalup Education Support Centre (JESC) and brings a strong commitment to embedding inclusion into governance and organisational practice. Her work champions psychosocial safety, lived-experience leadership and approaches to belonging that are practical, sustainable and grounded in evidence.

As a senior leader with disability and a parent of two children with disabilities, Amber brings a multi-dimensional perspective to her work. She understands inclusion from multiple vantage points – as a leader, a community member and a parent – and uses this insight to help shape systems that better support children and families.

Blending strategic insight with empathy and curiosity, Amber brings a thoughtful, values-led approach to governance. She is passionate about building organisations where people feel safe to be themselves and able to contribute fully – because when inclusion is done well, outcomes improve for everyone.
